Dear pilot, there may be a few reasons why you receive an error during the import.
To avoid the issue in the future, please follow these steps:

• Always export the latest version of the livery for the selected aircraft

• Export only theFINAL_LIVERY layer as a .png file

• Do not edit, color, move, overwrite or delete the corners or other restricted areas marked in theDON'T_TOUCH layer — modifying these will cause your livery to be considered invalid
