If after launching the game it looks like your account has disappeared and you’re starting from scratch, don’t worry – your progress is safe.🙂

We recently removed the option to sign in with Google. There was an announcement in the game explaining this change, so in the future, please keep an eye on those messages – they often include important updates.

How do I recover my account?

Please contact us and share:

  • Your old Player ID or the exact pilot name (nickname) you used on your old account – make sure the spelling, capital letters, and special characters match exactly.

  • Your new Player ID – check it in settings on your current account.

With this information, we’ll be able to restore your previous account with its progress.

What if I don’t know my ID or nickname?

Don’t worry, we may still be able to help.

  • If you made purchases in Wings of Heroes through the Google Play Store, please provide the GPA code (you can find it in your email receipt or purchase history).
Unfortunately, we can’t locate purchases made via Apple this way.

  • Another useful detail could be the exact name of the Squadron you belonged to before losing access to your account – if you’re still its member.

Important!

After you’ve started a conversation with us, please do not uninstall or reinstall the game — this will make the recovery process much harder. Also, avoid creating multiple requests at the same time. We’ll always get back to you, but if you write during the weekend, expect our reply on Monday.

Account security & verification

We carefully verify every recovery request to ensure the account is returned to its rightful owner. We will never grant access to an account without sufficient proof of ownership — there is no scenario in which someone receives an account that isn’t theirs.
