If the game doesn’t launch or is stuck on the loading screen, please follow these steps, which might help you solve this issue. We recommend following all of them, as there can be several reasons why the game doesn’t work properly for you.

  • Try using a different type of internet connection, as the issue may be caused by an unstable connection or problems with downloading game data.
  • Close the game and remove it from your recently opened apps. This will ensure that the game is properly closed. Now launch the game, and you shouldn’t get the error.
  • Try clearing the game cache, as this is a common solution to many issues with the game not working.
Go to Settings. Then, under the Storage options for AC, clear the cache. Keep in mind that the process may differ between Android and iOS devices.

    For Android, follow these steps:

    – Open Settings.
    – Tap Storage > Games.
    – Tap the game for which you want to clear the cache.
    – Tap Clear Cache.

    As for iOS:

Open Settings and tap General > iPhone Storage. This will display a list of all apps on your iPhone and how much storage they are using.

– Find the game you want to clear the cache for, and tap it. You’ll see the App Size and the Documents & Data size.

– On the app’s info page, you should see the Offload App option (above the Delete App option). Tap the Offload App button. A confirmation prompt will explain that offloading will remove the app but keep its data. Confirm by tapping Offload App again. (If prompted, or if using older iOS, you might need to swipe left on the app name in the list and then choose Offload.)

– Reinstall the app from the App Store (or tap its icon). Offloading removes the app from your iPhone, but its icon will typically remain on your home screen with a small cloud download symbol. To get the app back, simply tap the icon (if it’s still on your home screen), or go to the App Store and redownload the app. The app will be reinstalled, and because iOS has kept the app’s documents and data, your game progress and settings should be preserved.

– After reinstalling, open the app. It may need to download some assets again (since cached files were removed), or log you back in, depending on how it handles data. Check the storage – you should notice that the app is now taking up less space on your iPhone than before. You can verify this by checking Settings > General > iPhone Storage again – the app’s size should be reduced, reflecting that the old cache has been cleared out.

  • Reinstall the game: Uninstall the game from your phone and then reinstall it from the Google Play Store or the App Store. Be sure to install it only from the Play Store / App Store and not from any third-party sites to ensure the authenticity of the files.
