If the game doesn’t launch or gets stuck on the loading screen, please follow the steps below.
We recommend trying all of them, as there may be different causes for the issue.

🌐 1. Check your internet connection

Try using a different type of connection (e.g. switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data).
The issue may be caused by an unstable connection or problems with downloading game data.

🔁 2. Fully close the game and restart it

Close the game and remove it from your recently opened apps to ensure it shuts down properly.
Now launch it again — this may resolve the issue.

🧹 3. Clear the game cache

This is a common solution for various issues.

For Android:

  • Open Settings

  • Tap Storage > Games

  • Tap the game (Airline Commander)

  • Tap Clear Cache

For iOS:

  1. Open Settings and go to General > iPhone Storage

  2. Find the game and tap it — you’ll see App Size and Documents & Data

  3. Tap Offload App (above the Delete App option)

  4. Confirm by tapping Offload App again

  5. Reinstall the app by tapping its icon on the home screen or redownloading it from the App Store

Offloading removes the app but keeps your data.
After reinstalling, the app may need to download assets again or log you back in.
You should also notice that it takes up less storage space afterward.

🔄 4. Reinstall the game

Uninstall the game and reinstall it from the Google Play Store or the App Store.

⚠️ Only use official stores – avoid third-party sources to ensure file authenticity.
