Refresh the game — close the app and reopen it.
Check whether your Internet connection was stable at the moment the reward should have been granted.
Make sure your reward space (e.g., chest slots) is not full.
If the problem continues, contact us.

Open Settings → Contact.
In your report, describe when and for what the reward should have been granted.
Include a screenshot or a short video if possible.
The support team will help you identify the cause and restore the reward if it indeed was not granted.

Rewards from events or hunts may be distributed with a slight delay, especially after a season ends. It’s worth waiting a few minutes or restarting the game.
