If your invite doesn’t count even though your friend reached Arena 5, the most common reason is that the referral code was used too late.

To count as an eligible invite, BOTH conditions must be met:

• New player requirement: your friend must enter the referral code while their account is less than 24 hours old (max 1 day).

• Progress requirement: your friend must unlock Arena 5 (the milestone that “counts” the invited friend).

Important notes:

• “Less than 1 day old” means a 24-hour window from registration time, not “until the end of the day” on the calendar.

• Reinstalling the game doesn’t reset the account age. If the account is older than 24 hours, it won’t qualify as “new player” for referral counting.
