This message appears when your subscription is active on a different account.
This usually happens when:

  • you changed devices,
  • you reset your phone (Android),
  •  you reinstalled the game (iOS),
  • the game created a new account based on your device ID.

If you previously used a login method (Facebook / Google / Apple) → just log in and your subscription will return.
If you don’t have a login → contact us (in-game), and we’ll help you recover it.
