To ensure the connection works, you must first close the RCS application completely.

1.  Close the RCS app. Make sure the application is not running in the background.
2.  Follow the steps under ALLOWING TRACKING below:

ALLOWING TRACKING

1.  Go to your device's "Settings".
2.  Select "Privacy".
3.  Tap on "Tracking" (it has an orange icon), find the RCS app on the list, and enable it.
4.  Now, launch the game and go to the game "Settings" -> "Account" -> "Sign In".
5.  Link your account with Facebook.

The connection should now be successful. If, for some reason (tracking cannot be enabled if you're a minor), the linking still does not work for you, please contact us via in-game option (Settings -> Account -> Support).
