When the game doesn't load at all try to reinstall it. Before you do this, make sure you've saved your progress on Google Play Games (Android) or Game Center (iOS). To find out how to save and recover your progress in Fishing Clash, check here for Google Play and here for iOS Game Center. Once your progress is saved and backed-up, just delete the game and download it again.
