Sometimes, even the most outstanding Leaders leave their communities behind. If this happened, and your Clan Leader hasn’t been active for a while, you and your Clan members may vote for a new Leader in the chat. Once the voting takes place, please contact us directly so we can manually set your new Clan Leader.

To have the new Leader selected in your Clan:

• Your current Leader must be inactive for at least 30 days
• The members of your Clan need to conduct a vote for the new Leader in the Clan chat

If the above criteria are met, please reach out to us directly through the Help Center. Let us know that you’ve conducted your vote (inform us when this happened) and that you’re ready to select your new Leader from the current Clan members. Please let us know the nickname of the new Clan Leader, and we’ll manually appoint them for this role in your Clan.
