If you've made a purchase in Fishing Clash on your Android device but have not yet received the purchased items, don't worry. Sometimes it may take up to 24 hours to process the transaction. Please try restarting the game to see if your purchased items have been added to your account.

If after 24 hours you still haven't received any of the purchased items, please contact us via the app. Tap Settings > Help center and select Payment as the topic of your report.

Please make sure you provide your Player ID and the GPA number for your transaction. You can find it on the Google Play receipt or by visiting Google payments website where you can view all of your purchases – https://payments.google.com/
