Items are added to your account after payment has been credited, which can take up to 24 hours. Please make sure your account has been charged first and wait a full 24 hours.
You can check the status of the transaction on Google Pay (https://pay.google.com/) or, for mobile devices, in the Google Play app. If the transaction has been canceled or declined, contact Google Play directly for further verification.
If the payment has still not been added to your account after 24 hours, please contact us through the in-game contact form. Remember to select the "Payments" category, otherwise the request verification process may take longer, and provide us with the GPA number located at the bottom of the document. It will have the following format: GPA.1234-1234-1234-12345.
