Items are added to your account after payment has been credited, which can take up to 24 hours. Please make sure your account has been charged first and wait a full 24 hours.
You can check the status of a transaction on your mobile device by going to Settings > Multimedia & Purchases > Purchase History. If the transaction has been canceled or has a pending status, contact iTunes directly (https://support.apple.com/itunes) for further verification.
If the payment still hasn't been added to your account after 24 hours, contact us through the in-game contact form. Be sure to select the ""Payments"" category, otherwise, your request may take longer to process, and send us a screenshot of the transaction you made, showing the date and name of the package you purchased.
