The Player ID is a number unique to your account — using this, our Support Team is able to identify your account :)

Your ID can be found in the Game Settings at the bottom of the screen — it is a short, alphanumeric string.

If you find yourself in a situation where opening the Game Settings is not possible, don't worry, as your Player ID is also displayed at the bottom of the screen when loading the game.

We recommend that you write down your account ID (e.g. in the notes on your phone) so that you always have it on hand in case of an emergency.

Keep in mind that your Player ID is confidential and should not be shared with third parties, to avoid your account being stolen. Security is our top priority, and we recommend that you only share your Player ID with our Support Agents upon request.
