How do I log in for the first time?

Please register your account before using the TSG.STORE for the first time. Make sure you register using a working email address to ensure you can change or recover your password in future.
If you've registered and are unable to log in, please reset your password.

Why can't I pay with Google Play Cards?

Google Play Cards can be used directly in the game; they cannot be used in the TSG.STORE.

The Store page does not open.

Try using a different browser. Simply copy the link and paste it into another browser.

I cannot buy an offer with Fire Coins.

Not every offer in the TSG.STORE can be purchased with Fire Coins. Make sure that the offer in question can be purchased with Fire Coins.
Offers in the TSG.STORE cannot be purchased with any event currency available in the game. To use up your event currency collected in the game, look for offers in the Event Market directly in the event tab.

The link to the TSG.STORE doesn't seem to be working.

If you see such a message, please enable cookies or try a different web browser.

I can't remember my password, and I'm unable to reset it.

You can only reset your password using the email address you provided during registration. If you're certain that you're using the same email and you're still unable to reset your password, please contact your Account Manager or our Help Center in the game.

I can't see an offer my clanmate can see.

There may be several reasons for this:
a) Players have different levels; they participate in different events, and some offers are event-oriented.
b) Some offers are personalized and created based on account history.
c) The event offer may have already been purchased (e.g., in the in-game shop).
d) The offer may have been time-limited, and is no longer available.

I can't see offers connected to in-game events.

Event offers pop up in the TSG.STORE when you open the game on the day of the event.
If you meet this condition and you still don't see the offers, restart the game and the TSG.STORE.
The lack of available event offers may also be due to the fact that you already purchased all the available offers in the game.

I only see offers in a foreign currency.

The currency depends on the country of registration. However, when making a payment, you can select a payment method that allows you to change the currency.

The Store is displayed in a foreign language.

You can change the Store language by clicking on your avatar and selecting the language option.

I would like to use a different payment method.

Payments are processed through Xsolla. If your preferred payment method is not available, please contact our Help Center or your Account Manager to see if it can be added.

My transaction was rejected by the payment provider.

How can I cancel my purchase?

You may withdraw from the purchase in Xsolla’s panel. Be sure to select the reason for the withdrawal. Every case is considered by Xsolla individually, and not every transaction will be applicable for a refund.

In which countries is it not possible to use Xsolla?

Currently, it’s not possible to use the Store from China, North Korea, Russia, and Belarus.

How can I contact you?

The best option is to write to us from within the game. After logging in, go to Settings → Help Center → New chat. This way, we will see your Player ID and account history and make sure that no one is impersonating you, and you’ll get an answer from us quickly and safely.

What are Fire Coins?

[Available only in Fishing Clash] Fire Coins are a great way to earn extra rewards! Buy offers in the TSG.STORE and collect Fire Coins. You can exchange them later for unique offers! The more coins you earn, the higher the level they have, and the higher your Fire Coins level, the more of these coins are available for you in the TSG.STORE.
