Using a float rod in Let’s Fish is a great way to catch a wide variety of freshwater species, but there are some important rules and tips to follow:

🧰 Required equipment

To fish with a float rod, you must have all essential tackle parts equipped:

• Rod
• Line
• Hook
• Reel
• Bait

⚠️ Without one of these items, you won’t be able to cast your line.

📍 Location restrictions

• Not all rods can be used at every fishery.
• Some fisheries allow only spinning rods or sea rods, so make sure to check what's permitted before fishing.

🎯 Fish-specific baits

• Certain fish require specific bait to be caught. If you don’t use the correct bait, they won’t bite.
• You can find bait requirements in the Fish Summary window for each species.

💥 Line breaks & recovery

• If your line breaks and the fish escapes, you’ll be offered a chance to continue the fight.
• To do so, you must pay 3 banknotes to keep fishing and try to catch the fish again.
