🎯 1 vs 1 Challenges

  1. Players are matched based on similar scores in the Challenge ranking.

  2. The goal is to catch as many fish as possible during the duel.

  3. The winner is the player who has the highest total weight (kg) of caught fish when time runs out.

  4. Only caught fish count — missing or lost fish do not contribute.

  5. You can play an unlimited number of duels per day.

  6. Fish species are selected based on your current Challenge rank.

  7. Each completed challenge affects your Challenge ranking:

    • ✅ Win → gain points

    • ❌ Lose → lose points

  8. You may sometimes be matched against higher-level players, especially early on — this will normalize as the player pool grows.

🧮 Challenge Ranking System

  1. Winning a challenge grants you points in the Challenge Ranking.

  2. Losing a challenge deducts points from your score.

  3. The number of points won or lost depends on the ranking difference between you and your opponent:

    • Defeating a higher-ranked player gives more points.

    • Losing to a lower-ranked player costs more.

  4. The Challenge Ranking is for prestige only — it does not grant extra rewards beyond glory and bragging rights.
