Tournaments are competitive events where players aim to catch the biggest fish of a specific species using a specific type of rod.

🎣 Basic rules

1. Objective
   Catch the largest example of the designated fish species, which is announced to all participants at the start.
2. Rod requirement
   • All players must use the same rod type (float, sea, or spinning).
   • Only fish caught with that rod will count toward your score.
   • You must use the best version of that rod type available in your backpack.
3. Eligibility
   • If your rod is too weak for your level or you don’t own the required rod, you won’t be able to join.
   • Make sure your gear is up to standard before signing up!

⏱️ Tournament format

• Each tournament lasts 3 hours.
• A minimum number of players is required to begin.
• If the tournament does not start due to low participation, it does NOT count toward your daily limit.

🔁 Daily limit

• Each player can join up to 3 tournaments per day.
• Canceled tournaments (not enough players) don’t count against this limit.
