First, please make sure that money has been debited from your account.
If money has been debited from your account then please create a request and send us the receipt for that purchase.
Please also add information on what items/currencies/bundles have been purchased.
If you are sure, that money has been debited but you cannot find the purchase receipt, please contact the payment provider, as only they have the tools necessary to investigate such issues.
