First, please make sure that money has been debited from your account.
If money has been debited from your account then please create a request and send us the receipt for that purchase.
Please also add information on what items/currencies/bundles have been purchased.
If you are sure, that money has been debited but you cannot find the purchase receipt, please contact the support of the platform you are playing on. There should be an option to contact them on your platform account, or an option to view your previous purchases.
