If you've made a purchase on Android device and have not received the purchased items, don't worry. Sometimes it may take up to 24 hours to process the transaction. Please try restarting the game application and see if purchased items have been added to your account.
If after 24 hours you still haven't received purchased goods, please contact us either via rating this article as not helpful below or by creating a request via the contact form.
Please make sure to provide your Player UID and the GPA number for your transaction. You can find it on the Google Play receipt or by visiting the Google payments website where you can view all of your purchases - https://payments.google.com
You can find your UID in the game settings. You can take a screenshot of that number and send it to us.
