Please note that the items you purchased can be added to your account within 24 hours of the purchase. It is also recommended that you restart the Hunting Clash app.
If after 24 hours the items are not added to your account, please contact us through in-game chat. To access it, tap the three-striped button in the right upper corner of the screen, then go to the "General" tab and tap "Contact us".
Please attach a screenshot of your GPA transaction ID. You can find it on your Google receipt. (GPA transaction ID formatting example: GPA.1234-1234-1234-12345) The receipt is sent to your email box upon successful payment. You can also verify all payments via your Google Pay account here.
