Please note that the items you purchased can be added to your account within 24 hours of the purchase. It is also recommended that you restart the Hunting Clash app.
If after 24 hours the items are not added to your account, please contact us through in-game chat. To access it tap the three-striped button in the right upper corner of the screen, then go to the "General" tab and click on the "Contact us" letterbox icon.
Please attach a screenshot of your Apple bill. The bill is sent to your email box upon successful payment. You can also verify all payments by following these instructions: 1. Go to Settings on your device. 2. Select your ID and select Multimedia and Purchases. 3. Find Purchase History. 4. Find the payment and select Total Amount
