Premium rewards section can be unlocked by purchasing a pass in the in-game store.

Once the Premium section is unlocked, reaching next Star thresholds will make rewards from Standard and Premium section available for claiming. Also, thresholds reached prior to purchasing a pass will also unlock their Premium rewards.

The pass unlocks premium rewards for the ongoing Event line only.
