If you made a purchase on an Android device but haven’t received the items yet — don’t worry! Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for the transaction to be processed.

- Restart the game app and check if the purchased items have been added to your account.
- Make sure you’re logged into the correct account.
⏳ Still nothing after 24 hours?
If you still haven’t received your items after 24 hours:
- Rate this article as not helpful below to open a contact window, or
- Submit a request via our contact form.
When contacting us, please include:
- 🆔 Your Player ID – found in the Settings tab, at the bottom of the screen.
- 🧾 Your GPA number – this is your Google Play transaction ID.
