If you made a purchase on an iOS device but haven’t received your items yet — don’t worry!
Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for the transaction to be fully processed.

✅ First, try this:

  • Restart the game app and check whether the purchased items have been added to your account.

  • Make sure you're logged into the correct Apple ID.

⏳ Still missing items after 24 hours?

If your items are still missing after 24 hours:

📄 What you’ll need to provide:

To help us resolve your issue faster, please include the following:

  • 🆔 Your Player ID – available in the Settings tab at the bottom of the screen.

  • 🧾 A screenshot of your iTunes payment receipt for the missing purchase.

To find your receipt:

  1. Open the Settings app on your device.

  2. Tap your name, then go to iTunes & App Store.

  3. Tap your Apple ID, then select View Apple ID (you may need to sign in).

  4. Scroll to Purchase History and tap it.

  5. Locate the purchase and tap Total Billed.

  6. Take a screenshot of the full receipt and send it to us.
