If you've made a purchase on Android device and have not received the purchased items, don't worry. Sometimes it may take up to 24 hours to process the transaction. Please try restarting game application and see if purchased items have been added to your account.
If after 24 hours you still haven't received purchased goods, please contact us either via rating this article as not helpful below or by creating a request via contact form.
Please make sure to provide your Player ID and the screenshot of iTunes receipt for your transaction. To find the payment receipt, open the Settings app and follow those steps:
  1. Tap your name, then tap iTunes & App Store.
  2. Tap your Apple ID, then tap View Apple ID. You might be asked to sign in.
  3. Scroll to Purchase History and tap it.
  4. Find purchase of items that were not added, then tap Total Billed.
  5. Take a screenshot of the receipt and send it to us.
You can find your ID number by entering the Settings tab withing the game. ID number will be visible at the bottom of the Settings tab.
