If you made a purchase on an iOS device but haven’t received your items yet — don’t worry!
Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for the transaction to be fully processed.
✅ First, try this:
- Restart the game app and check whether the purchased items have been added to your account.
- Make sure you're logged into the correct Apple ID.
⏳ Still missing items after 24 hours?
If your items are still missing after 24 hours:

📄 What you’ll need to provide:
To help us resolve your issue faster, please include the following:
- 🆔 Your Player ID – available in the Settings tab at the bottom of the screen.
- 🧾 A screenshot of your iTunes payment receipt for the missing purchase.
To find your receipt:
- Open the Settings app on your device.
- Tap your name, then go to iTunes & App Store.
- Tap your Apple ID, then select View Apple ID (you may need to sign in).
- Scroll to Purchase History and tap it.
- Locate the purchase and tap Total Billed.
- Take a screenshot of the full receipt and send it to us.
