Sometimes it may take up to 24 hours to fully process the transaction.

  • Make sure you're logged in with the correct account.

If your items haven’t arrived:

  1. Rate this article as not helpful to open the contact form,
    or

  2. Submit a request through our support form.

Please include the following:

  • 🆔 Your Player ID – shown at the bottom of the Settings tab in-game.

  • 🧾 A screenshot of the receipt provided by your payment provider – this should be available in the confirmation email you received.
