In Domination mode, there's a specific point limit that decides when the match ends for either team. So, even if your team has more capturing points or has shot down more planes, if the enemy team hits that point limit first, they'll win the match. The longer a team holds a control point, the more victory points they generate. It's not a bug, but rather how those particular game modes are designed to work.
The battle summary screen shows:
- Total damage dealt to enemies
- Number of downed planes
- Number of destroyed ground targets
However, the points that determine the match outcome are accumulated throughout the entire battle and do not always directly reflect how many targets were destroyed.
🧭 Ground target control and point generation:
- Once your team captures a ground target, it begins generating points for your side.
- If the enemy recaptures the target, it will then start generating points for them.
- Every time a target changes ownership, the number of points it generates is adjusted.
🏆 Tip for winning:
The most effective strategy is to capture ground targets early and hold them —
instead of constantly trading them with the opposing team.
