In Wings of Heroes, the Squadron Leader is automatically assigned to the player who originally created the squadron. This player remains the leader for as long as the squadron exists or until they choose to leave.

If the current leader leaves the squadron, leadership is automatically transferred to the longest-standing member—that is, the first player who joined after the original leader and is still an active member. This rule continues to apply each time a leader leaves: the next most senior member (based on join date) becomes the new leader.

• Manual leadership transfer from our side is not supported.

Squadron Co-Leaders

Squadron leaders can appoint up to 2 co-leaders, a feature designed for convenience and effective team management. Co-leaders can help oversee the squadron, particularly when the leader is temporarily inactive. This ensures continuity in leadership and allows important squadron functions to be managed smoothly, even if the primary leader is not currently online.
