Most of the in-game rewards are distributed automatically. There is very little chance that you have not received yours if you were entitled to receive one. Please check your coin, pearl, and power-up balance carefully. If you are not sure whether a reward was added to your account, please contact our support team either by sending a request from the app (you can find the option to do so in Settings > Help Center) or by using our request form.
